Hello everyone I am super confused with the documents that I have to send for the change of status through the k1 visa please help thanks

 

Hola a todos estoy super confundida con los documentos que tengo que enviar para el cambio de estatus a través de visa k1 por favor ayuda gracias

The site has guides.  Everything starts reading the i485 instructions

Consulate Received : 10/6/14 CEAC status changed to ready

Packet 3 Received : 10/27/14 packet received by petitioner in USA ( beneficiary never received packet 3)

Medical: 10/30/14 Dr. Buteau                  Medical picked up: 11/3/14

Packet 3 Sent : 11/10/13.. Had to schedule interview appointment and attach confirmation receipt to packet

Interview Date : 12/1/14                           Interview Result : Approved !

Visa Received : 12/10/14 picked up at Jacmel location

US Entry : 12/15/14 Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Apply for Social Security Card: 12/30/14 Connecticut

Marriage: 1/26/15

The guides in this website might be outdated. You need to fill out 485, 944, 864, 765, 131.

 

Find the monthly posts, they usually have a checklist in the beginning.

You can use the email you received. It probably says the petition was approved.

You can contact USCIS to request that another copy of the approval notice be sent.

 

The email might not be accepted that as sufficient evidence. The I-485 instructions references the I-797.
