I'm happy to report that our case status changed today from "At NVC" to "In Transit." 🥳We received our NOA2 in mid-March, our case number was assigned in early April and our embassy is Sarajevo, Bosnia. Wishing everyone positive movement!! 🤞

Congrats! 🍾🎊🎉 🎈 glad to see another BiH filer with some movement in their case

Hello all I have a k1 interview scheduled for Friday 10/2. I did the i134 in March and had it brought to my fiance

Do I need to send a new one? I am hesitant to email a document with my social security number

I did send my w2 and additional paystubs so they can see that my income hasn't changed.

I've heard that it needs to be 3 months old maximum

Thanks for the respond do you think I can email a new one leaving the social security blank? If they need that they can look at the old form?

All the documents but medical are valid for one year. Medical is 5 or 6 months

Me too! My NOA2 expires mid October :(

There's no need to worry about the NOA2 expiration date. It will be renewed by the consulate, the State Department has assured that. Everyone who received NOA2 back before appointments were cancelled have had their NOA2 "expire".
