It's true there is too much suspense, we just got to hope for the best.

A few have been interviewed in June but majority have been scheduled for July in these places Georgia, France, Singapore, Germany, Spain, Vietnam, UK, Serbia, Netherlands to name a few.

They are all for IR-1/CR-1 Visa category. You can follow this thread people have been posting their interview updates here recently.

Thank you.

I am a CR-1 spousal visa applicant. Particularly interested in the US Consulate in Moscow, Russian Federation.

Just the situation become totally INSANE already. Seems like they purposely IGNORING people.

Lots of people are now starting to express their indignation. Not only the pandemic got everyone just EXHAUSTED right now, but also being separated from their family members and lots of them have KIDS. This bureaucracy turns people into PSYCHOS, literally.

This is so frustrating.

honestly!! even if they’re not planning to open for another month or whatever it’d be nice to not be blindly waiting

Agreed. The lack of communication from Montreal at normal times is already the worst. It feels almost inhumane to leave people hanging so badly for so long.

Hi everyone 👋,

By any chance anybody is waiting for Uzbekistan Embassy information on reopening? Looks like I'm in the minority and no one posted anything yet about embassy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Waiting for CR-1 interview... sigh....

Brussels being super helpful, as always. I messaged them specifically because the K visas weren't mentioned on their website.

Hi, I just read about the resumption of routine visa services. I was wondering if there were any plans of also resuming processing K-visas, or if they were going to be processed at a later date. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I'm very sorry, but at this point we don't know yet. The best thing you can do, is keep an eye on our website.

I guess I'll find out when there's something in my mailbox.

Sydney and Perth will resume earlier than Melbourne

I was so worried that Sydney was going to get affected by Victoria's outbreaks! I am glad they are re-opening as it's the only one that processes k1

Hi everyone, I'm new to visajourney and will update my profile shortly (looking to enter the US on a L1-B visa, SD-160 submitted in May 2020).

Just wanted to share good news for anyone waiting for embassies in Germany to reopen - they just updated their news website:

"Starting the week of July 20, the consular sections in Berlin and Frankfurt will resume processing of limited categories of nonimmigrant visa applications; Munich will resume processing only F/M/J visas. At this time, we are prioritizing services for U.S. citizens and residents of Germany."

Edit to correct - it's of course DS-160, not SD-160.
