It's possible, but I wouldn't put too much faith into reopenings yet. Especially since other embassies have already cancelled their August appointments.

Yeah but for how long will they keep them closed ? Its been 4 months now . ! ... 4 months have been more than enough now. They would be doing social distancing or whatsoever and they will begin embassies again ..

Also. And another important point is that they can't keep being closed and USCIS is approving cases daily

 The backlog is mounting. So it is logical to expect them to open soon. The backlog is growing daily and won't magically disappear.

Exactly . We think its just us whose stuck. But they themselves are having and if they dont open they will have rough times ! Just think how much money they make from all these immigration cases !  Plus the backlog being full . If USCIS NVC were closed too okay than it makes sense. But theyre open NVC still giving out dbq. !

Yap. So let's hope the embassies open soon. Maybe Monday 😂 (I say that every Monday and Friday hoping for some positive sign).
