No, not your profile page. Nobody will see it there. Here’s the main page of the UK FORUM 

https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/99-united-kingdom/. Book mark it. Then you see all the questions asked. Near the top, there is a green button marked Start a new topic.  Click it and pick a title for you question then ask away in detail if it’s about procedures in London.

 

If you have a question about income tax, there’s a forum for that. Starting a spouse process, a different forum. Citizenship, a different one. Look at the Main menu bar at the top of any page and click “Forums“. Then you see all the different forums that are somewhat organized by subject matter. Scroll down, there are lots. Pick one that seems to fit your topic and browse to see what has been asked before or click the Start a new topic to create your own question and thread.
