I-130A Physical address duration

Hi, I have been working on my AOS and has been relying a lot on the conversations on this site and it has helped me tremendously until I encountered one question.

A bit of background, I came here to the US last year and met a guy. When I went back to my country, he visited me as well there and meet up with my family. I came back here to the US last November and instead of returning back home before my 6-month period ends, we decided to get married in March (a week before the lockdown) and go thru AOS.

There is a question in I-130A (page 1, 5b) asking for the duration of your physical address in your home country and here in the US. Should I say that my address back in my country is until the day I got married? Or should I indicate that I no longer live there since I came here for a visit? I don't know if I am just over thinking it but I am panicking as I want to file before the increase fees take effect.

Appreciate any help :)

I think I would handle this differently than the above poster. I would put the day you intended to get married and stay in the US, that is, the day you made the decision to adjust status and not return to your home country. If you were intending to go back to your home country, and then later decided to get married (which it sounds like is the case), then can you really say that the US address was your address before it was your intention to get married and stay? It was really just the address you were staying at.

Yes, this was what I was thinking. Technically, I still have all my phone and credit card bills sent there. I am still using my local mobile number and credit cards here as well. I have already requested for e-Statements but I'm not sure when it will be updated since my country has just started reopening.

Your physical address her in the US should be where you and your spouse live together and that out of US should be the address where you spent most of your life. They don't count the breaking periods.

Also confused on this one - they ask almost the same thing in I-130, i130A and i-485.

My wife was brought up in UAE --> then she went to Pakistan for med school --> then she returned back to her home in UAE --> came to the US and stayed somewhere else for almost two months before we got married and she moved in with me.

Does anyone know how to list this in address history. There is a physical address first (which I write as our current address), then a physical address 2 (would it be her home in UAE?), and then last address outside the US (again, UAE?)
