Flying up to Vancouver for the Interview

I will be flying to Vancouver for my fiance's interview. One question I have is do you get a one-way ticket or a roundtrip ticket? Also, what do you tell customs?

To kind of give you some background behind these questions. I am flying to Vancouver for his visa. From there we are flying to Winnipeg where all his stuff is sitting in storage. He currently resides in Kelowna, BC with his parents to save on costs until the visa is processed. We are then renting a U-Haul moving truck from Winnipeg and driving to Ohio. So technically I only need a one-way but not sure what kind of grief I will get at customs when I fly to Vancouver.

You should be fine with a one way ticket. Just explain to customs if asked that you will be driving back to the US with your husband who is immigrating to move here with you. Good Luck!
