I sent in 110.00 money  order and another  copy of my divorce  also a letter  explaining  that i never  received  anything  stating i needed  yo send in more  information  i only  received a  letter saying  i am denied  and have  33 days  to send  money  and divorce  letter and explanation  i did  that within a  few days.

Depend on what u were denied for.. for example if u were denied because they did not get ur evidence they requested and you have proof of that then yes you can appeal.. what does the letter say if you don’t mind ?

Who did you send money to? And you sent it AFTER denial?

This is very confusing. Did you or did you not receive an RFE? When and to whom did you send money and that letter? Please give us a complete timeline of what was received and sent when. You also said you have receipts of mailing your response, but do you have proof that it was DELIVERED, or just that you mailed it?

 

It is very difficult to help you if we are only getting bits and pieces at a time.

Maybe there is a language barrier here. I am asking if it was delivered- I know you mailed it.. Did you go online and check the tracking number on your receipt to make sure it was delivered to the address?

Also I think you should post a copy of your denial letter if you are looking for people to accurately help you.

The letter was posted already but deleted, as it contained personal information.

The denial is based on a failure to respond to an RFE. USCIS was requesting a divorce final decree. 

From what we can understand so far, OP didn't receive the RFE.

 

Btw, an appeal does not require proof of delivery, just proof that the evidence was submitted.

But in her previous post she mentioned that she did get the RFE and that she responded to it. Apparently she has proof that she mailed her response but we are unsure if it was actually received. And then in this post she said she never received an RFE. But she did send someone a money order for whatever reason. I am highly confused...

Equally confused here. 

We understood she received the RFE from her initial posts but the most recent one states she sent a letter explaining she never received the RFE?

The most baffling thing is the money. Who requested money and who did she send it to?

Yez they sent me a text letting me know that they received  it .i do have  proof  i saved the text message.

I received  a appeal notice i had 33days to mail in the divorce papers  again and a letter  explaining why i didn't  receive a letter  anything  saying the uscis  needed  more information  i did that and i also had to send  110.00 was the appeal  fee. I never  received  anything  about the  appeal i just received  a denied  email  and when  i checked on the site it says  my case is being  reviewed  i don't know what i should do
