I received  a email  from Uscis of Denial i dont understand why  we were  denied  when i mailed in all information  needed . Can  someone  give

You should receive a printed letter in the mail, explaining in detail the reasons for denial. 

Are the reasons NOT mentioned on the email?

You will have to wait for the letter to find out exactly why you were denied. 

 

In your previous post you said you received an RFE earlier this year. Did you send them exactly what they requested? It sounds like your RFE response may not have been satisfactory. 

 

You said the RFE was about your divorce. When was your divorce finalized? When did you marry your current husband?

As everybody else said - wait for the denial letter. That will give a reason why.

Yes i sent it to the address and i also have the  proof i mailed it in

If you received an RFE, sent the requested evidence and have proof of it, you can file a motion to reopen. 

Or file again. 

I'm not sure how succesful and quick motions to reopen can be compared to refiling.

Yes, if it was denied in error, it can be appealed through the AAO.  USCIS.gov (under legal resources/decisions) has appeals that are public reading.

Was the evidence you sent a "legible photocopy" as they requested, or is it possible that the copy you sent was of poor quality?

Hopefully you got an USCIS notification that the document was received and being reviewed.   If you didn't that would have indicated they didn't see it.

So the denial is due to a failure to respond to an RFE.

Does the tracking number show it was delivered? If so, sounds like a clerical error and it never got put into their system.

Keep that proof cause u will need it when u r going to appeal..
