question about resubmit of AoS after inital rejection

Hi, our initial AoS was rejected because of using outdate I-485 forms, now we have filed with the new I-485 forms , along with the newly required I-944, updated I-864 forms downloaded from USCIS website.

 

My questions:

When I resubmit the updated AoS package, should we include the previously rejected AoS paperwork?  USCIS has stamped on most of the forms and evidence at the bottom of pages, and attached and stapled several I-797c notices on the paperworks.

 

If I only submit new AoS package, should I include all the I-797c notices or just the one stapled on the front of rejected I-485 form?

We send the rejection papers!

I think on the green paper they were saying to put that paper fist on your application.

one more questions:

They stapled our previous package materials in categories, such as several k1 stage I-797 together, visa pages together, passport pages, I-94, our income page, IRS transcript, etc, they all have stamp numbers.

 

Can we unstapled the pages and reuse the evidence?

I sended the same papers just the new i485 and i944(because I forgot the i944 and the i485 it was the old one)

They took the money so it wasn't a problem

Same documents won’t be a problem. Just have green paper on top. I made mistake in 485. I replaced that with new and kept everything else same. Case was accepted, no issues.
