I - 765 Expiration 05/31/2020 on USCIS

Hello,

 

Just as I am doing the final check on forms, I noticed that the form has expiration date of 05/31/2020. I do not see any other form with prolonged date on the site. 

Can anyone help me find the right form please?

As long as no new form has been issued you have to use that one. Currently there has not been a new form issued so you are good to go.

Expiration date is irrelevant and the version of the form is the only thing that matters

Check out the version of the form too... it's located at the bottom left of the form. You can have a valid form but when it's outdated, they will rejected it.

I've been having the same problem. I sent the package on June 1st and they returned me everything because some forms were outdate, including I-765. So I don't know what to do, because they already rejected this form after one day of its expiration, and they still don't replace a new one.

Sorry, just saw your replay.

We sent my mother's packet on June 11th with the I-765 expiration 5/31/2020 and just got the messages that it was received with I-797 coming in the mail.

Perhaps the other forms that were outdated had a new one on the site? I-765 didnt have a new one to replace it.

I received my 765 pack back and a letter saying the form is an outdated version. I download the form at USCIS website.

This is the second rejection, first time they said it was missing the fee. I resent with a copy of the 485 NOA1.

The form 765 at the USCIS website says it expires 05/31/2020.

I don't know what to do now.
