sau from the timeline it says that it usually takes 21 days for nvc to receive your petition from cali.

As far as this forum closed out in a few weeks, can i get a count of how many of us are actually left?

I have an I-129F NOA1 of March 29th. I was sure last week was the week. It looks like CSC skipped over the week of March 23rd - March 30th, based on the "Immigration Timelines" K3 chart. Looks like we'll have to hope for this week. I have my fingers crossed, but I'm getting less and less frustrated and learning to live with the wait  hehe. I've been spending more time with friends since I won't be seeing as much of them when Erika gets here ;-) and working a whole bunch of overtime so that I can Americanize her as soon as she gets here...courtesy of a shopping spree  Anyway, good luck this upcoming week to everyone who still hasn't received approvals on this thread!!!

I'm still waiting also and checked on Friday. I would not be surprised if the reason it takes so long is because they only mail them on certain days (like once a month or once every 2 weeks) so they can bundle up a whole bunch of cases at once. It's all about saving money even if it costs us our sanity in my opinion!

Wife's visa journey:

03/19/07: Initial mailing of I-129F.

07/07/11: U.S. Citizenship approved and Oath Ceremony!

MIL's visa journey:

07/26/11: Initial mailing of I-130.

05/22/12: Interview passed!

i agree. my whole month of august was wasted cause they haven't forwarded my petition. K-3 has been waste of time and energy in my case. Majority of the filers from India get their CR done in about 9 months.
