Approved Finally!!! for my K-3 however no approval for I-130 only touched??? :wacko: Does this mean I have to go K-3 instead?

But I am happy at least my K-3 got approved!

they cant be going by dates. Shiv got his noa1 two weeks after I got mine, but he is approved before me. He is not the only one either, there have been several more.

Irene I can understand your frustration. I felt happy for the people who got approved but at the same time I felt unfairness when someone who filed after me got their approval.

Congratulations to everyone!! :dance: :dance: I am a 'April' (or May, since USCIS delayed me) filer.. hopefully I will get approved soon =( I even see some people from VSC who applied in May and already have interview date set up... life is unfair :crying: :crying: :crying: why doesn't VSC help out CSC? it took 2 weeks just to enter my stuff into the system.. oh gosh... 4/13 --> 4/27... even though they received it (I got the USPS green card delivery confirmation) on 4/16.. then they had to delay my I-130 NOA1 by a month; (well, that is everyone at that time, so I can't complain).. then the NOA1 for the I-130 didn't have a NOTICE DATE or RECEIVED DATE (empty fields, anyone else have this??)

wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks

Don't worry, Irene. Approvals are coming for those of us with March 23-30 NOA1's. I guarantee they won't deny us. It's just a matter of waiting, and I'm positive we won't be waiting much longer.

approvalplease....i feel you...i want to stay optimistic too....so of course, i have an explanation for the ones that are out of order...lol...the reps probably collect our petitions daily maybe a few per reps and considering everyone doesn't work at the same pace....some may finish their stack quicker than others, thus shooting some later ones out in front while the others are still in another reps pile....hehe...see, i think WAY to much about this stuff too...

Don't worry, Irene. Approvals are coming for those of us with March 23-30 NOA1's. I guarantee they won't deny us. It's just a matter of waiting, and I'm positive we won't be waiting much longer.

I stand corrected.... I am cheerin for Irene and Erika's Husband for thier approvals today. As always cheerin for own, I wish I know somebody to bribe. Heck I might as well cheer for everybody else....Good luck y'll :thumbs:

hello all,

good luck to all of them who got approval notice.

about me only I-129F is approved and not a touch in I-130 but i dont care about I-130. Now i am waiting for them to send my documents to NVC ..........lets hope that will be soon..........

can anyone here give me the number for NVC where to call to check if they have received my case from CSC or not..........by the way how long it will take to get the case transferred from CSC to NVC........
