I thought I heard trumpets this afternoon. Not loud mind you. So I took a look and I have a touch on the 129F; after two months. No change in status just a touch. I think they are playing with me now.

Our case was touched 14 days straight and now isn't being touched at all!!! They are just messing with us :crying:

Quick history

We met on 1 January 2006 while she was traveling in Hawaii. She came back to Hawaii in April 2006 for 3 weeks. We then continued long distance until June 2006 when I went to Oz and proposed. We then traveled around parts of the US together, then I was deployed to Iraq in August 2006. I came to Oz in February 2007 for my R&R leave for 2 and a half weeks and we got married. I then returned back to Iraq.. I'm due to finish my deployment in July.... NOW I KNOW SHE WILL BE THERE :o)

Hang in there a little while longer. There is bound to be some visible activity soon. I too have filed an expedite request and asked for help from my congressman. 2 days after my expedite request was sent I started to see some touch activity. So far there has been no concrete progress but at least I know somebody is working on it. It's not much but it helps.

I filed the 2nd expedite request showing "Case outside of Processing time" on June 19 2007 by faxing all documents, however 9 days passed, till today no activities are going on as I see the update time has not been changed since 03/28/2007 [some one requested how we see the update date, if you have read the whole forrum you already knew it, if you didn't then listen carefully: you have to go to uscis website : https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/logon.do (if you didn't register, have to register your account to receive online update of your case) If you log on to your webportfolio you will see the last update date....here you will get when your case was last updated.]

Have you tried what is commonly called on VJ the "RFE trick" of calling the USCIS. You might have an approval already.

03/12/2007 - Married to my beautiful wife

04/16/2007 - Sent I-130 to VSC via USPS Express Mail

05/12/2007 - NOA1 received by snail mail after a loooong wait

05/14/2007 - Sent I-129F for K3 to Chicago Lockbox via USPS Express Mail

11/08/2007 - I129F received at NVC, embassy case number generated.

You count the time when the CSC (or VSC) office "receives".. I guess it is that way for now.. it's not the date when they "transfer" over, but the date when they received..

hope I am right here with my question. I am a March filer also, and I really wanna check my status, if they have touched it. But I have to create an account. And it is written, that you can have only one account . So I think that my lawyer has one also to get the message about my approval, if I open up another one maybe they cancel that from the lawyer.
