Yep it is true. CSC and in June. It is Golex...member # 34713. I did a timeline search for June 1st to June 30th under date I-129 sent.

Stuff like this makes me mental. If its a timeline error, its adding to the furor and shame on the member for doing it .. However, if its true, or even if a few of them are truly out of order, we need to track these case numbers and raise a big issue about them being done out of order. All we need is a few people with really short NOA1-NOA2 transitions to volunteer their case numbers and then we start a letter writing campaign documenting this. With all the press in my area about immigration it might be possible to get the media interested in some of these cases that seem to just stop at their NOA1, especially with solid documentation that the system doesn't work as advertised.

Our timeline..

Well to be honest, I am not worried about the one or two that got early approvals, I am pissed that the rest of us aren't taken care off as fast. It is criminal for us to be treated this way by our own country. And we are all sitting here and taking it. I tried to have a little campaign of sending Dr. Emilio Gongalez some flowers to let him know that we exist, nothing hurtful or anything. He can turn around and send those flowers to Walter reed to our soldiers and take notice of our plight. But I had like 5 people respond, willing to do it with me. So I gave up.

Approval today!

Good luck for the rest of you. I was 153 days for this I believe. I'll have to update my timeline.

Congratulations very happy for you.:dance::dance:
