:lol: Holy moly dude... I could have sweared that I read "female" in your profile this morning... Dint I? At first I was surprised too at reading female in ur profle since I thought u are a dude but maybe I read it totally wrong.. who knows.. Maybe this process is messing too much with my head now a days...

Regardless of dude or dudette.. Its all good.. It was fun.. atleast some light/funny times in this thread... We need it now a days.. it starts turning way tooooo depressing in here when there are no NOA2.. esp for peeps who are way overdue... I feel for them... god speed and good luck to all..

2007-10-05 : Chennai Embassy Recieved our Case

2007-11-01 : Interview date, K3 Visa issued with absolutely no questions.

2007-11-11 : POE JFK took less than half hour

kalina you are not alone im right there with you. im almost at my 180 day mark also. seems like if they increased the fees they would process faster. but thats usually the way it goes, the most expensive service seems to be the lousiest

Hi! I just found this site and I'm loving it! We too filed the I129F (K3) in March. I just received an email notice that it is now pending. is that what you call a "Touch"? Our I130 was approved in June (131 days). We haven't heard from the NVC at all. Hopefully we will be seeing the NOA2 soon.

2008-Feb-1 : EAD approval notice mailed- received email notice

2008-Feb-4 : EAD card received in mail (11 days from when it was ordered)

2008-Mar-16: Touch on I-129F - huh?

2008-May 2: Received Interview date via snail mail letter

2008-June 11: Interview at SF office - Approved!!! Green Card ordered

a touch is when u create a portfolio on the uscis.gov site and u see that they have updated ur case

Well, I've received a NOA which said they received it and then a notice that they transferred it to the Vermont SC, then today it is now pending. In the meantime the I130 was transfered to the California SC and was approved back on June 19. BUT I don't kow if the NVC received the I130 yet. The notice said to wait 90 days to contact the NVC. So we've been waiting. maybe the K3 visa will be approved soon.

Not yet Irene. I was hoping that I would get something in the next 2 weeks because it would be a great celebration when I visit my wife at the end of the month but I've resigned myself to the fact that it won't be here yet, but maybe will be when I get back in September :crying: :crying: :crying: !!!

Well I am off to India tonight to see my wife. However, since I am going to Delhi first and she is in Lucknow, I won't get to see her till the 16th. I wish everyone waiting for the NOA2 the best of luck and hopefully this will be "THE" week for us. Amen! :innocent:
