Since 3-21-07 for my I130 and 5-22-07 for my I129.

wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks
local office interview : 2/21/2008 - brought my parents too (result : you will get approval within 2-3 weeks)
5/2/2008 - (lawsuit) Writ of Mandamus - OFFICIAL DATE (7/29/2008)
9/22/2008 - CALL AND EMAIL COPY OF APPROVAL NOTICE FROM LAWYER

i just hope they dont skip the week of march 23rd. i think im in the land before time

It looks like on the CSC list of March NOA1 dates (if they were to do everything in order) that Kalina is overdue and should be next...then comes those of us the week of March 23rd. Our NOA2's are coming soon. Hang in there! I'm predicting by next week.
