Am I missing something here? What we fear the most, that it will take longer, could be partially be our own fault by abusing this process.

Absolutely right you are, I regret that I used this trick for number of time as my petition was pending for 270 days without any result...yet it didn't help at all...I think what brought my petition under light is my congressman and senator's inquiry....but I am not sure... may be it was just my fate... any way it's over... thanks god... unfortunately it took about 300 days but still I thank god that waiting for approval is ended now I have been waiting for her arrival... :dance:

07-16 - generated AOS fee bill and DS 3032

07-23 - Postal Mail with AOS and DS3032 arrived

03-02 I-129F NOA1

03-15 I-129F transfered to Vermont Service Center

03-28 I-129F pending at Vermont Service Center

07-06 I-129F APPROVED via email

I-129f was approved in 127 days.

07-06 - Received at NVC

07-10 - Sent to DHAKA US Embassy

07-06 - Received new case number

07-17 - DHAKA Embassy sent Packet 3(Actually posted on 07/25

07-30 - Form is downloaded and deposited at the box asuming missed mail.

07-31 - Received Packet 3 and filled and hand carried to embassy by 08/06

08-02 - Emailed Embassy to know the appointment date

08-09 - Reply from Embassy Interview Sceduled on 09/17

08-09 - Requested through Email and resceduled the Interview on 08/27

08-24 - Collected Packet 4 in person and Medical Exam is done.

08-27 - Interviewed,Passport is kept and Given a Token to collect Passport with Visa on the next day.

09-04 - Visa in hand, 09-07 Ticket was booked to JFK for 09-10

09-11 - POE-JFK,NY :)) Finally got together after looooong time.

jlg youve been waiting even longer than me. I hope that your touch will turn into an approval by this afternoon. Im feeling a lil better, i was introduced to an immigration attorney and we had a conversation he said everything is proceeding as it should.. keep ya head up everyone.

I have to agree with RobinAtAileen. Maybe we should leave the adjudicators alone and reduce their time on the phone. That's why I thought a nice letter to the director explaining the problems all of us are having as spouses in waiting was more appropriate.

My intuition says one of the officers looked at the box containing our forms and thought about working on them...but then decided to eat lunch instead. But we were so close! hahaha

Hi Neel. No news from me. I try to be optimistic but in fact I become so desperate. I have no words to describe how I am feeling. :( :( :(

I feel for you Kalina. your approval is long due.... its unfair. I think petitions are just randomly given to different case workers and some are just lazier than others. All i can say is just hold on for few more days... the next batch of approvals you will be one of them. God Bless.

It's been one year five months today since I last saw my husband and baby. The last time I saw my daughter she was 16-months old and cute. Now when I talked to her on the phone she can actually speak in full sentences and sing new songs. I feel bad for my husband who has to take care of her and work, clean the house and try to call and make sure I'm okay. At first I was angry, anxious and depressed. But, one morning I woke-up and decided that I was going to make the best out of this messy situation. I left the US while in the middle of my second degree, so I started studying using the textbooks required for my course from Anatomy to Microbiology. I know more about bacteria and viruses than I know about myself. Then, I began working out, to release the stress and tension. And so that when i see my husband again he would look at me and think damn!

Then, I prayed and I keep on praying even though i don't see nothing happening. What I know for sure is that I will be seeing my husband and daughter soon. And, when that time comes i will be emotional, spiritually and physical ready to care of them and make life better for all of us.

I know how frustrating this process has been but they can't break us, we are stronger than that. Just remember that God plans everything; this too and out of everyone who loves you He loves you the most. Nothing can't beat that...

ANY BODY GOT THE APPROVED LETTER FROM CALIFORNIA THIS WEEK........................ITS ALREADY TUESDAY AND IT WILL BE GONE IN FEW COUPLE OF HOURS...................I DIDNT SEE ANYONE GOT APPROVED IN THESE TWO DAYS............WHATS GOING ON WITH CSC.....................R THEY MOVING SLOW AGAIN...................I WAS EXPECTING THE APPROVAL LETTER FROM THEM ......................NOW READY TO LOOSE THE HOPE FOR THIS WEEK.................MANNNNNNNNN I DONT WANT TO BE NEGATIVE...............PLEASE GOD PLEASE APPROVE ALL THE CASES THOSE WERE FILED IN MARCH.................
