COUNT ME IN AS WELL GUYS.. I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW USCIS PROCESS THESE PAPERS. I MEAN SOME OF YOUR TIMELINES ARE THE SAME OR ATLEAST VERY VERY CLOSE TO OTHERS THAT HAVE GOTTEN THEIR APPROVALS. I GUESS THEY DON'T HAVE THE CAPACITY TO HANDLE THE CASE ALTOGETHER.. IT'S KINDA LIKE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE TYPE OF THING.. IF YOU'RE NOT ON THE TOP OF THE STACK AND SOMEONE'S ON TOP OF YOU WHO FILED LATER THAN YOU DID.. THEY'LL GET THEIRS FIRST.. I GUESS.. JUST A THEORY..

Thank you everyone for your cooperation. Now, I know i'm not the only one left waiting. It's very upsetting. I wish they could just approve us soon.

We are still waiting too. :crying: And our I 130 was filed in February. By now nothing. I am so desperate. Yesterday my husband called CSC and they said that now are in process cases filed in December. In addition they are overloaded with I 129 F/K3 and K4 petition. The man from the line said that they have received unpredictable large number of applications from MSC. According to him they put the cases into letters. For example our cases were under letter Q and when they turn to Q they will approve at one time all the cases under this letter.

Let's hope that they will review Q soon.

Just curious, does your lat name start with the letter Q?

Alexandra, yours is a K1.

About if calling frequently is a bad thing? I personally think evey minute we spend talking to a person at USCIS we are pulling a person from working on an application. Besides they seem to give contradictory info and not really help (based on what I read about other peoples experiences). So far I haven't called, hopefully I don't have to call them..

Your assuming that people who call actually talk to someone who would otherwise be adjudicating?

Yes! USCIS claims they are understaffed, I don't think they have a separate trained staff to handle phone calls, these phone calls are probably ringing at people's desk while they are processing applications. Then again, I am just assuming.

I am waiting too.

I sent in my I-130 Jan30th.

I sent i-129F March 15th. Got sent to CSC on March 28th.

As for I-130

I have nothing for NOA2. I'm not happy about it. It seems other people are having movement, but nothing. Not even a touch.

As for I-129F

I got an RFE on June 12th in the mail. I had send another passport photo. I guess they lost my passport photo. I sent overnight. As of today, they still say they haven't got it, even though I have from post office where they signed for it. They got it June 13th....and here is is June 21st and they say they don't have it. I have even called them, and their reply sorry, but wait another 2 weeks for update.

How some of the people are getting speedy approvals, I don't know. I'm a natural born american citizen, no criminal record, nothing and yet I wait wait wait.

Ron

good luck all.....
