If im understanding right ur parents are here? Did they legally came to usa? Even if they overstay there visitors visa they could apply for adjustment of statues ( i485 ) and i130, and they wouldnt have to go back.

On what basis do you suggest those parents could adjust status?

Most likely correct.

If shes a citizen she can do i130 and i485 if they still in united state even if they illegal now. Aslong they came legal in the usa, she can do i130 and i485

Anybody can file anything as long as they can afford the fee, but that does not mean the immigration benefit will be granted.

On what BASIS are you suggesting her parents can adjust status?

Note that the OP has indicated her parents are "undocumented", not "overstay".

Listen i know u trying to be smart ###! But im from italy and mostly her parents overstay there visa! Which is called visa waiver! Mostly she saying undocumented because they not legal!

my parents were not legal and once i became a us citizen i filed i130 i485 i765 and now they legal! So please dont give me an attitude.

bye felicia

The OP already indicated they would need to leave the US.  This is not an overstay situation.  Your suggestion works for an overstay, not for illegal entry.

If you go back to earlier posts, the OP specified that the parents did NOT enter the US legally. They "snuck in" and entered illegally via a Greyhound bus from another country and crossed the border without giving their passports or ever having been documented as in the US. They did not enter legally and therefore have no status to adjust from as they did not arrive on any sort of visa or visitor status
