Just an update from our end:

4 May - Filed a inquiry and USCIS said they would respond within 60 days.

6 July -  63 days with no movement so we asked our lawyer for a chase up.

8 July - Received a notification that our case has changed to "Being Actively Reviewed"

Advice for those who have waited for over a year - do whatever you can to get a Tier 1 or Tier 2 officer to submit an inquiry request on your behalf since most of us will face the "your case is still within the posted processing timeline" when we try to submit an inquiry on the website. We got lucky in that the officer thought our case was still in Texas (where we originally filed) and so they agreed to submit an inquiry since it was outside of Texas' processing timeline.

Hi everyone, I am finally a week before I can see my date of NOA 1 submission enquiry for Potomac after 17 months no news 🙂 Any tips on what I should prepare to send enquiry? Or who to reach? thanks!
