Hi April Texas Filers - what is going on with April filers at Texas? I see folks from June, July are approve and even August are getting approved. While, half pf April filers are approved, and some are still waiting? Do the guys who are waiting have RFEs or any red flags? Good luck!

No RFE just a long 9months waiting on approval. We Thank God same way. On the NVC. And Texas Is at March 2020 for citizens filing for spouse.

That is where they "officially" are. They are always 3-4 months ahead of the officially published figured. There are several June-July approvals from Texas already.

We filed in 10 Apr 2020 (Texas; no notice of transfer)   but not a single peep until now :(. We are getting quite annoyed to see people who filed in May and June already getting approved. We have tried to submit an inquiry through the USCIS website (even took the advice from another forum thread to use an earlier submission date) and the automatic response from the website was that our case is still within processing timeline.

I’m not sure what’s up with the random order. But I’m sure your turn will be soon. As long as the website states they have reached a date, the automated response seems to be tied to that date on the website

Sorry for the notification, but now finally we are at 13 months mark, anyone heard anthing?

Nothing on my end. In fact, we found out our case was moved to Vermont 😞. We have submitted an inquiry before finding out and USCIS says they will get back to us in the next 60 days....

Found out by ourselves a few weeks back through the chat bot and then confirmed by our lawyer after we chased them due to their inaction during the process. I doubt USCIS ever tells you why your case gets moved.
