Hi everyone! I didn't see a thread for the June 2020 I-751 lifting conditions filers, so I figured to start one!

Leave comments/concerns, support is always needed throughout a process with USCIS.

my VisaJourney is being weird and not letting me respond to other posts in this thread.

Our case was received June 4th at the Texas lockbox. We used a lawyer. Our package was 6 lbs! There was probably over 600 pages in that thing.

The check to USCIS has not been cashed yet and no receipt yet.

Our lawyer advised us that there would be significant delays for receiving the USCIS receipt notice - Hopefully he is wrong and we get it sooner than later. My husbands green card expired August 28th 2020. He also told us right now things are taking between 18 months - 2 frikn years! How crazy is that?!

I went on the USCIS website and as usual, it looks like a hot mess with their data.

Stay strong everyone! We will get through this.

😳 What was here that constituted this? Just curious. Maybe share your list of evidences?

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

@Timona ALOT of paperwork - both of our wills, insurance forms of any kind, emergency contacts listing my husband and I at our employment, joint bank statements and savings, all credit card statements that we share, mortgage and monthly statements, car registrations, affidavits, the list goes on and on. It has to span the moment you were married to now so it is just tons of paperwork.
