Hello everyone

I've just completed the submission of the I-130 online along with my payments today.

The next steps seems a bit confusing.

Do I need to send out I485 I864 I864A I944 I765 in ONE package after I received further notice from the USCIS?

Or

Can I send the paper version of these forms the next day even before any notice from USCIS?

The current status of my case says "Your benefit request has been accepted and is under review"

Please help, I've been getting different answers regarding this second step of forms.

Thank you.

If you are seeking a visa, you don't submit ANYTHING else at this time and will NEVER submit an I-485.  If you are already IN THE USA, and are applying to adjust status, the answer is different.  Please clarify.

I'm apply CR1 visa for my spouse. Currently, she's not in USA.

Some people says there's concurrently filling happening right in June (where you can send I130 along with adjust of status forms like i495 i864s), but i don't really know if that policy applies to online submission of I-130.

My joint sponsor and I  have already completed entering info on paper version of i864 and i864A.

And those people are correct, for adjustment of status cases.  There is no "concurrent filing" for spouse visa cases.  You will NEVER file an I-485 i a visa case.  You will file the financial forms but not until after the I-130 petition is approved and transferred to the National Visa Center.  Click on the word Guides at the top of any page here, to understand the spouse visa process.

You will have to wait until USCIS approves your I-130, then you can start collecting supporting documents, civil documents.

There are supporting documents and the I-130a that go in at this stage.  Just none of the other long list of forms applicable only to adjusting status.  People with spouse visas never "adjust status", apply for Advance Parole or Work Authorization, (EAD).
