Hi, my wife's AoS package was rejected and returned because we used outdated i-485 forms (Form i-485 07/15/19, Expires 07/31/2021).

Now w're refiling the AoS, seems both I-485 and I-864 forms are updated since, and  it looked that we need to file I-944 form together with I-485 form.  But I'm not sure about some questions in I-944.

In Part 3, should I list the financial assets for both myself and my wife?  - We haven't mingled our bank accounts yet, and wife doesn't work.

She has some assets in China, bank accounts, real estate asset, car, but I'm afraid that we won't get every asset in printed copies in time to resubmit AoS, plus her asset statements would be in Chinese and that lead to addition question whether we need to provide translated copies as well.

My fiancee entered U.S. in December of last year and we're married in Jan 2020. We submitted our AoS initially in early May.

Qs:

1.  Should we list my wife's oversea asset in I-944 as applicant for AoS?

2.  Does her asset statements need to be translated into English?

In i-864 forms I've listed all my assets as my wife's sponsor and I have stable income, but I-944 seems to ask for more proof.

Yes and yes...

i994 is specifically about both HER assets and assets here (which may include your assets) in the US that SHE can liquidate to help support herself so as to ensure she doesn’t become a public liability

i864 is specifically about you the petitioner and your ability to provide for her
