my fiance just called and told me that his interviewing officer told him "congratulations" he paid the fee, and was informed that his visa would be mailed to him soon.....

I am absolutely amazed at how smooth this has gone. I know that had it not been for this website and the people who have posted so many excellent tips, and replied to my questions and concerns, we would be so far away from where we are right now.

I have no idea what we are supposed to do now. I never read past the K-1 tips to see what is up ahead. We have talked about him waiting to come here for a few months, to spend some extra time with his family incase it takes awhile for us to get back there, so I have time to study the next step. I am just so grateful to all of you...and praying for all of those who are either beginning this process or still waiting.

First fo all: Congratulations!!! :thumbs: The next thing will be for the two of you to decide on when you're going to get married... :blush: Then after that you can apply for the Adjustment of Status, hopefully before July 30 when the prices for the fees will skyrocket too high. Advance Good Luck and Best Wishes on your wedding and have a safe trip!.
