Complete to Re-opened

Greetings, I hope you guys are doing great.  Visa category is F4.

Our interview was done last year and the consulate officer told as that we will get our visa in 2 weeks. but after that we were put in administrative process, and this year our status changed into REFUSED and Did not received any mail from embassy. Now when I opened the ELECTRONIC APPLICATION  our IV Application status is Shifted to RE-OPENED from Completed, and no email or message is received from embassy. Kindly guide me. What should I Do now ?

It means they are working on your case. You can definitely contact local embassy / consulate to enquiry about the status of your case. Good luck.
