Seriously...this is starting to get ridiculous.  Ever time I submit a form to NVC, they are wanting another. All forms have been submitted to USCIS and have been trasnsfered to NVC.  SO..why?  Why do i need these forms again?  Our immigration is now dragging to 2 years in process for an IR1 in which we have been married for over 8 years.  They are asking for W2's related to my Tax returns....*********removed*******.  These forms are going to start running into each other(which year you want?)  if they keep asking for more redundant forms.  Hey, were married, we have been apart long enough.  Go pick on a K1 or something.😡🥵😡

This process requires a great deal of knowledge, planning, patience, time, and money........and every stage of the process requires new documentation.

*Tax Forms Sent to USCIS

*Divorce decree sent to USCIS.

*Birth certificates sent to USCIS

*Marriage certificate sent to USCIS

*i-864 sent again because the 2 blank pages 9-10 not sent NVC.

All this is the list of one by one NVC keep asking for.  All has been done before.  All required forms from the NVC package has been completed, submitted, accepted and still asking for more paper work.  Has been going on for over a month.

I would prefer just to allow NVC to access IRS information than me trying to locate, scan, and submit documents that have already been submitted.

Also,  I am not talking about New forms. These are all personal files that have all been submitted at one point in time.

Its your application and its your responsibility to provide the document to the government. Dont blame any one else.  Just relax and take a break if its stressing you . You will get through it.

A proper read of the instructions would have eliminated some of the redundancy.   For that there is no one to blame

Yes, for once you do say something correct.  A proper read would be beneficial to...you.  Instead of just chiming in mayb a proper read of what i actually wrote might be beneficial to everyone.

Beneficial to me?  I already have and know that financial evidence is not submitted to the uscis.

YMMV

Man, I'm with you. I'm mad too! 10 years and counting and now everything is closed.

TBH the most redundant information I found was the DS260. Which was 90% of the questions asked on the I-130.

But hey! All you need are your W2s! You're almost at the light at the end of the long NVC tunnel!

You are correct as applies to information required by multiple forms is redundant, but that's not the OP's complaint.  Typically, in a spouse visa case, the initial biographical information is submitted by the petitioner in behalf of the intending immigrant.  At the NVC Stage (visa application stage) the DS 260 (visa application) is the direct responsibility of the visa applicant.  Much of the information is already on the I-130 and I-130a and financial forms but a longer work and residence history is required along with education history not previously provided.
