Update: We just found out this morning that our interview has been canceled again. No reason was given. Now we wait for another date and pray it doesn't get canceled a third time.

Wow that`s crazy. Did they tell you any reason why would they cancel it? I would follow up with a human to make sure that is not a error on system just to be on the safe side.

No reason. The letter just said "Due to unforeseen circumstances..." We plan to call USCIS today though we don't expect to get many answers knowing how they often are.

My interview was scheduled on April, then de-scheduled during Covid. San Francisco office here,

Is it worth calling uscis?

i don't know if this is the right place to ask but my biometric appointment was March 30 and I believe all of the Application Support centers were closed by then.

Do we just wait for new letter with new appointment date right?

Yes, you have to wait till you hear from them

Another quick update: We just got off the phone with USCIS. The lady was very kind, probably because I started crying...too many emotions. She assured us the cancellation has nothing to do with our case and that we are in line for a reschedule. She said it's likely the interview had to be canceled to meet state guidelines for the number of people in the office at any given time. I am not sure if that's true, but that's what she told us.

Urgh...it sucks... The process looked like it was moving along a little bit faster and then stop b/c of Covid19. Now we don't know the timeline anymore.
