Well I'm on day 178 for my I-129 and I still haven't made it to NOA2 yet. I'll continue to wait on my approval, hopefully that will be soon. I have talk to tier operator and couple of times and have came of it. So in this case patience is a virtue.

We are pretty close in time. I am 172 days. But I received RFE on May 22nd and already sent in my response.

Day 153.  I know it sounds crazy, but I check status 10 times a day.  Even though I know it wont change.  I am a little worried about the Embassy in the Philippines.  Travel is very restricted in the Philippines right now, so I hope by the time we finally get everything over there it has opened back up a little.  Crossing my fingers.

I was approved last week on day 180!  I understand what you're going through.  I'll pray it will be soon for you.

Look at my timeline. It took so long to get approved. That was before COVID hit. Take averages with a grain of salt. I am in NVC stage now but everywhere embassies are closed. So, it might take up to 6 more months before my fiancee's interview. I applied in mid-October. Looks like it will be 14 months total time for us, if we are lucky.

150 days is bad news.  We applied right after meeting and got a notice it was received April 11.  My future wife lives in Kiev.  I hope processing times aren't 5 months (we were hoping for 3).  The wait is excruciating, particularly since I can't go visit during this pandemic.

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has any insight into how long it should take the USCIS to send an approved I129F petition to the NVC?

I received the NOA2 approval from USCIS on March 26th.  The NOA2 states to wait 30 days before contacting NVC - I gave it extra time due to the pandemic.  However, NVC still has not received it, and it's been nearly 90 days.

Thanks in advance for any info!!

It will take 30 days from USCIS to NVC. Then another 2-3 weeks for NVC to assign a case number. No records are being forwarded to embassies at this time.

Join us in the MARCH 2020 K-1 NOA2 to NVC to EMBASSY thread and download the PDF file on the first post of the first page for tips, tricks and hacks to follow your case to the embassy. I'll post both links below:
