Hi! I have a few questions about this process as I've been doing research and the answers seem to differ.
1. Does the form I-134F (Affidavit of support) extrictly requires the wet signature from my fiancée when I take it with me (beneficiary) to the interview or could it be scanned and I can print it?

2. Is it okay if my fiancée scans the full package and I take it printed with me to the interview?

3. How should we input addresses from my country Costa Rica and in what language? Addresses here are somewhat confusing because we do not have street numbers/names, our addresses are like "from X supermarket 100 meters north, 50 meters west, white house with black gate".

Any help is appreciated! Thank you so much.

1. Does the form I-134F (Affidavit of support) extrictly requires the wet signature from my fiancée when I take it with me (beneficiary) to the interview or could it be scanned and I can print it?  Most embassies now are allowing the I-134, Affidavit of Support be submitted either way. But I would check with your P3 letter which I have a copy of the required financial documents. Since I don't read Spanish, I'll leave the interruption to you.

•    Ultimo Income Tax Return (Form 1040) y formularios W2 o 1099.

2. Is it okay if my fiancée scans the full package and I take it printed with me to the interview? The I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) and all supporting documents are not needed for the interview. You may want to check with your sub-forum.

Go to the blue ribbon above, select "forums" then scroll about 3/4 of the page down and select the region that most represents where your country is located.

3. How should we input addresses from my country Costa Rica and in what language? Addresses here are somewhat confusing because we do not have street numbers/names, our addresses are like "from X supermarket 100 meters north, 50 meters west, white house with black gate".

Use the section at the end of the form and reference back to the "unanswered" question.

Her 2019 W2 does not meet the 125% but she started a new full time job at the end of last year where she makes above the 125%. Will they only consider her W2 or can paystubs/verification from her employer be used as proof of income?

Thank you so much for the help.

The current employment income will be used to determine where she is on the poverty level as outlined in the link below. Keep in mind if it is in your Embassy's instructions to be above 125% that is what you must meet. (I posted for you the instructions directly from the P3 letter for CR) If they ask for 100% then it is 100%. The CO has the leeway to determine what "yardstick" they will use and not ALL embassies treat this the same. Here is what they consider:

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form I-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should ALSO be presented (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form I-134. Both, the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g. letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, the value of properties, etc.). You may download the I-134 affidavit at https://www.uscis.gov/i-134

Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here:

https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript

Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p

Also, the new requirement from the embassies is to complete the DS-5540. https://eforms.state.gov/Forms/ds5540.PDF
