Thought it would be helpful for someones, so I give in an update on my case.

 

Things were pretty straight forward:

- I submitted I-131 both for my daughter and myself:

+ Forms (separated form for each). On the form, I put "TBD" for the Date of the trip; "As needed" for the purpose of the trips and select "Multi" for how many trips questions.

+ Copy of my EAD

+ Copies of NOA1 of I-485 (the one with the fee information on it)

+ Copies of our passport (photo page)

 

- After about 1 month, they sent us mails to say that they're gonna reuse our biometric info

- A couple days later, we got approved for I-131

I was approved too, congrats! 

Does yours look just like a paper document with a photo on the bottom? 

It seems kinda weird to travel just with a paper document but I guess this is what they’re giving as an advance parole... if you file separately from EAD.

Sometimes even if submitted together they issue separate documents. That happened to my renewal requests in 2019 and 2020; I'm a Dec. 2017 I-485 filer.

That’s crazy. Did you have any issues tavelling abroad with a paper advance parole?

I haven't actually used it. I applied for it because (A) it's free and (B) it's better to have it and not need it than to not have it and unexpectedly need it.

 

But both CBP and airlines know about paper advance parole: https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/assets/documents/2019-Mar/2019 Carrier Information Guide - ENGLISH.pdf Page 37 "Parole Authorization"

Yes, I got the documents for both of us today along with the Approval Notices.
