RFE (Request for Additional Evidence)

Good day! 
 

I checked USCIS site yesterday and I read that the submission of the RFE will be extended for 60 days. I’m on fiancé visa and we received an RFE that was April 23,2020 and they give us 2months time file for it. My question is, are those K1 visa/Fiance visa are included to this 60 days extension?

You will get better answers if you use correct terminology.   I129f petitions included but visas aren't ( visas do not get RFEs)

Hi! Thank you for the reply. I just wanted to direct it to you. Sorry for using the wrong terminology to my post. So, I will rephrased my question! Are those I-129f included to the 60days extensions to response the RFE?

Of course.   If the RFE was issued during the covid period then it will benefit from an additional 60 days
