Hello friends,

Due to Covid -19 I was laid off from my job and had to start a new job. Since then I have found another job. So currently I have a visa case at islambad embassy which was refused under 221(g) for not enough financial evidence. My question is how do I proceed from here, I do no have established that much time here at my current job only a few months. However, the salary is more than enough to meet the requirements set by the embassy. Will the embassy approve even though i have only been here at this job for a few months?

Possibly.  Send them the pay stubs and a new I-864.

Do you have a joint sponsor as well?

Exactly.  Updated affidavit of support and a recent pay stub to document your new current income.

Thanks you for your response. No I don't have a joint sponsor, unfortunately, don't have anyone that can help out at the moment.

Hello,

Is embassy looked at your last year income on Tax return or current income for refusal?
