:help: Hi,

AOS recepit date 10/18/05. Had interview on 4/17/06 everthing ok pending background check no greencard issued at that time. Reqested three different service requests the last one said the pocessing of your case has been delayed a ivestigation into your background remains open. How long does a background Will it do any good to do a infopass appointent or contact my senator? im applying third EAD card soon before it goes up at the end of July. Any help would be great!
