My husband and i got married last year on July 16, 2006. We are filing for immigrant visa without K-1 or K-3. Case was completed on April 26, 2007. Still no interview scheduled. My husband wants to go to the embassy in amman and ask them if they will give him an entry visa to come back to america and then we will finish the case when he is here. Is this possible.

I waited about 3 months until we got a date. I called the Jamaican embassy every Monday and Friday to see when the interview was. They gave me a month and 2 weeks later they had a date. This was after my case had been down there for 2 months.

ResponseAmman@state.gov- try emailing them and getting and interview date.Be sure to include your case number on the inquiry. Also, the visa entry, I highly doubt it, it wont hurt to try but more than likely, he wont be able to. I wish the both of you the best of luck.
