Uscis sent  my approved family petition (I-730) to NVC 32 days ago.. i still haven’t heard from NVC.. they’re supposed to send us an email with welcome letter and further payment and visa related informations.. i heard they will send us email with welcome letter and create our visa which will further be sent to our nearest embassy in our country.. how much time does it take? I heard from someone whose situation was same as mine that it took 21 days for him to receive email with welcome letter from NVC but for my it has already been 32 days and i still haven’t heard from them.. can someone please tell me how long does it take??

Have you filed online? Are you sure they have your email address? Maybe misspelled or you are using miltiple accounts then check all of them. Make sure to check spam/junk folders as well. If you were not checking spam/junk folders actively then you are running the risk those folders might clear older messages, including the one you are looking for!

It also depends on what service Center your file was processed. California is slow. It took me 90 days to get case ID.

Not saying its still same timeline. But expect delay if csc is your center.

Okay im confused.. will texas give me my ID or nvc? Because my case has been forwarded to nvc 32 days ago..

Its NVC. But some service center is quick to transfer your files to NVC while others are slow.

They will say we forwarded your file to NVC but it just may be sitting in their mailing room Waiting for its turn.

i know you already said its been transferred to NVC. Still theres chance they haven’t got it yet.

check this link and compare it with you timeline.

call NvC and ask them if they got it. USCIS has nothing to do with you file now. All contact should be to nvc. Ask them what date they got and compare it with the dates linked below.
