Hi thanks for your answer. Do NVC also clarify and inspect about the reason behind the divorce.

Not sure where you are getting the idea about the reason behind the divorce.  If the divorce decree talks about the reasons, then it does.  If it doesn't, it doesn't.  The key issue is that the divorce actually took place, from whom, and when.  Only if the reason would be something to impact your immigration eligibility, would they care.  Otherwise the "reasons" are irrelevant.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

A Warning to Green Card Holders About Voting

They will verify that the divorce is valid. Where the divorce happened doesn't matter, so long as it is valid*.

The reason for divorce doesn't matter, unless it also speaks of some sort of other inadmissibility (like certain criminal offenses).

*I say "valid" as a divorce obtained where neither person is a resident may be invalid, but that doesn't appear to be the case here anyway.

Assume they will review every document you send them in its entirety. They probably won't, but better to assume they will because they can.

Is there something in particular that you think may make you ineligible for the visa?
