I am inquiring for my mother who is the petitioner. Petitioner: Mother - permanent resident

Applicants; Daughter over 21 years old, unmarried has a daughter born on 1/7/2020 when the petition was filed under F2B preference

1. 12/30/2015 I130 was filed by petitioner for daughter and granddaughter

2. 1/7/2020 daughter gave birth to a boy.

3. 4/22/2020 the original petition was approved by USCIS department

4. 5/20/2020 CEAC account was created.

1. What is the process of adding the recently born boy when the daughter fills out the forms?

2. Can all those required  forms be filed online?

3. Also ask how much the sponsor has to make to support 3 people on the affidavit of support?

4. Want to know what's the Healthcare Act about?

in the add derivative section does Vicky enter 1 or 2 (just the boy or both the boy and girl) entries?

If now add one more derivative will that needed to be approved again and slow down the process?

Does the boy and the girl have to be present at the consulate interview?

So presumably this is not Mexico or the Philippines.

The I 864 specifies the amount required to sponsor for a family of presumably 4? reviewed every year so we may be looking at next year.

Healthcare act, well what Insurance do they intend to get when they move here?
