My wife found this Chicktionary and its addictive, but she would like to find online word games in the style of scrabble. Any suggestions?

Get a Nintendo DS and Clubhouse Games. They also have various Sudoku, crossword and classic board games in electronic form.

Has your wife tried pogo.com? There are lots of word games to play on that. You can play a lot of the games without paying, but some you do have to be a member to play, and you pay a small fee.

For right now, I think an online game would be better suited...I don't want her bringing that thing to bed. :P

Is there a good online Sudoku game that you've tried?

I second the person who said to try pogo.com. Lots of different games. I generally play for free, but I did end up paying to download a scrabble game last year. OMG, so addictive!!! If I'm not on VJ, I am playing Scrabble (if I am on the computer) :)

Steven, I used to play Tangleword online a lot. It's a game much like Boggle. It used to be at Playsite but they were acquired by Iwin. Have Jinky check out www.iwin.com and look for Tangleword. It's a lot of fun (and you compete with other players).

For Sudoku I go to www.sudoku.org.uk. They have different styles of Sudoku. I enjoy doing their regular and the jigsaw sudokus. Haven't had the patience nor time to try their killer sudokus yet.

I play the Sudoku on the Brain Age game.

The wife was a little bit skeptical about me spending $130 on a DS, but she uses it more than I do now. Great thing to have in the car or a long flight…
