It looks like all ASCs are still closed - so no biometrics is happening? Does anyone know if they will waive/reuse biometrics for naturalization? Thanks!!

Is the documents of the petitioner like divorce paper, f-129,.. is it okay if scanned bringing it into the interview...

I can confirm this does happen, as I once lost my British Biometrics Residence Permit while visiting my parents in the States and I had to go to a local USCIS Application Center to get my biometrics retaken.

Work Visas are sponsored by a company.   Find a company that will sponsor you.  Electricians are not the type of skills needed by US employers.

He's an electrician (per info on resume). Even under normal circumstances, an electrician might qualify for H-2B (Temporary Non-agricultural Worker), not H-1B (Person in Specialty Occupation that requires a higher education degree or its equivalent).
