Yes of course this is concerning. You will need to find a joint sponsor who makes enough to cover your family and your parents. You’ve already asked this question and the answers aren’t going to change. You either need to get a good job, find a joint sponsor or have your parents immigrate when you can afford them. It’s always up to the officer to make the final determination; even with a joint sponsor they can decide since you can’t even support yourself you will be unable to support them.

reselling online and doing gigs would count on any way? I do it sometimes, but how would I prove it to them? How would they look at it?

It should be declared in your tax return as self employment income. You file a joint return with your husband?

He file his taxes already and I’m under his taxes

That didn’t answer the question.  Did you declare it? That’s how you prove it.

I did not file taxes

becasue you’re hiding your income? Because you didn’t earn enough to have to file? Either way it doesn’t help you for proving income to sponsor someone.

Does your husband have any valuable assets? Even if your husband's income is below the requirement, he can still make up the gap with his assets. https://diysimpleidea.blogspot.com/2020/05/how-to-include-assets-for-i-864.html Some accepted forms of asset include:

  • Stocks, bonds, other security holdings
  • Real estate property
  • Saving or checking accounts

I see three options for you...

1. Find a decent job and earn enough to support your parents

2. Include your husband's assets (you need to have 5 times the income difference to meet the financial requirement.)

3. Find co-sponsors

And this is just for the I-864 part. The new form I-944 looks at even more details into your parents' income, education, employment history, etc.

They already have a co sponsor that makes more than enough. Each one of them have a different co sponsor with more than enough to co sponsor them.

I’m petitioning for both of my parents and I’m under my husband on his taxes since I’m not working. His taxes is below the poverty guideline for both of us and our children. In that case getting a good co sponsor would be fine?

is this a situation to be concern of?

Anyway depending how old your parents are, health issues etc may determine how “good” the co-sponsor actually is. Just making “more” than the minimum isn’t a guarantee of approval. Have a look here https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/policymanual/resources/Appendix-TotalityoftheCircumstancesFramework.pdf
