Uploading documents after DQ on CEAC?

Hello all,

My wife documents all got accepted and now DQ awaiting for interview. I was wondering if I could upload an updated form of my I864 for the CO officer to review during the interview? I recently got a raise so my current household annual income has changed, this goes for the joint sponsor and household member. I know my wife can take it to the interview but I seen cases were the CO approves the visa pending upload of certain documents. I wouldn't want any delays, so again, does anyone know if this is possible?

I don’t think you can replace the already uploaded I-864. But you can upload an additional one and submit, it won’t cause a delay in terms of your interview scheduling or reset your timeline. Also take the updated I-864 hard copy with you to the interview.

I successfully uploaded some additional documents after DQ, without any issues.

Thank you so much for your reply. I really appreciate it. I just want to avoid any delays . I wouldn't want to to take just the hard copy just to have it reviewed and then have the CO say to upload it on ceac.

Just a question, was the CO ok with uploading additional documents after NVC DQ?

Did the upload change your DQ date?

It will change your DQ date since it will take you to the back of the line. I had already gotten DQ when I uploaded.
