Y'all are amazing! Thank you all soooooo much.

My current plan moving forward is to (i) prepare the corrected I-485 to bring to the interview and (ii) disclose all of this information to the officer at the time of our interview.

For the corrected I-485, should I use the most current form, or the edition of the form that I submitted back in September 2019? Worst case I could do both.

They would still have that first application on file and check them against each other. No sense in wasting more time and money in filing again and probably still be faced with it.

Withdrawing shows you have genuinely realized the mistake and regret it. Going forward with it shows you have falsified the information

They will make necessary correction on the already filed copy during the interview.

YMMV
