I'm guessing here but I think they finished the initial processing and transferred the case now to the office that will do the final adjucating.

Kinda like with the other AOS cases that get send to the local field offices after the initial processing at NBC.

thanks! My friend has been worried that she might have an interview for her AOS as someone told her if case got transferred to the local asylum office, chance to get an interview is very high.

Your friend will most likely have to interview. Why is she worried?

her personality issues that don't want to have an interview

That makes no sense. They interview asylum applicants overseas why wouldn’t they interview asylum applicants in country?

nope, she is here and her asylum case was approved. she is applying for her green card

But you’ll get and have to do an interview in most cases for AOS (K-1 and K-3 could be exempt, other visa categories not so much).
