Change of home address

The area of my wife's home where she grew up in Vietnam has been upgraded from Commune to Ward.  This is all properly reflected in her Family Book, so there should not be a problem, but I am wondering if in the space that it asks for that address in the DS-260 whether I should put the original address or the new updated address?

The house has no number or street name, so the addresses are completely different.

Thanks!

Probably the new address. The main concern is when with EMS delivery. If she is approved at the interview, her passport will be given to the consulate and she will fill-out a delivery form with EMS - the Fed-Ex of Vietnam. They will deliver her passport and travel docs to her home in about a week or so. Maybe she should ask them - or tell them - of the address change. My wife is from a tiny village in the middle of nowhere, but somehow the EMS driver (on a motorbike) found her house. It always amazes me how taxi and other drivers can find destinations.

No worries on that part, she lives with me in Da Nang, so it will be delivered to our house.  But thanks!
