UK civil partnership to marriage conversion

My partner and I got a civil partnership in 2008, and converted it to marriage in 2014. In the UK, this converts the civil partnership to a marriage, starting on the date of the original civil partnership (2008).

When filing the I-130, do we put the date of marriage as 2008 or 2014? Likewise, should evidence of bona fide marriage be from 2008 or 2014 onwards?

For the benefit of anybody googling and finding this, we did the following:

We out the date of marriage on the I-130 form as the civil partnership date.

We included both the marriage and the civil partnership certificate with the petition.

We included only one item for proof of bona fide marriage (joint property title).

We submitted the I-130 in January 2021, and were approved May 2021. No RFE
