You already got your answer but I am also adding that there is definitely no need for SSN for marriage license for Texas. I was K1 fiance and did not need SSN in Bell Country in Texas.

When we went to get a marriage license in TX, the clerk said the system required one but just to put all zero's for my SSN (as I didn't have one). The best bet would be to call them to confirm what you should do to avoid any issues, since we got ours in person before COVID, we just asked the clerk face-to-face.

Definitely didn't need one for my husband in Ohio. He was waiting on his SSN card in the mail when we went. They asked for occupation and said to also leave that blank given the K1 at the time.

Also popping in to say that you don't need one. If you have any issues in Dallas county, go to Collin county. Super quick and easy!

You dont need one we got married in PA without one what state are you in ? Explain the situation how your fiance is there on a K1 visa and 

she does't have the SSN. Go to another county close to where you live if your county wont do it or another state close by. Hope it works , all the best !!!

You do need her passport which I am sure you have .
