Hi Everyone,

I am started to fill out the form and I had some questions regarding past addresses. Little background my Fiance was an international student in the US until she graduated and now we just recently became engaged after she moved back to Hong Kong, but she has Canadian Citizenship as well.
I was wondering under the Beneficiary's Address History when I fill in the dates should the dates overlap or should they be right next to each other. Example is From 01/23/15 to 2/23/15 should the next From Date start at 2/23/15 or 2/2415.

My other question is I was wondering for Employment history I am currently employed at my current job so I don't have an end date is it acceptable to put Present there. I did some research and it looks like the previous forms didn't allow you to put something other than the date format but the current version of the form (11/07/18) allows me to type present.

Last question is for the attachment of evidence to demonstrate we were in physical presence during the required two year period. What would be the best way to do this? Would I explain the meetings we had and provide physical photos and send them along with the I-129F application in the mail. Example would be "We met 3 months ago at XYZ please see attached pictures in the filing packet?"

Edit: Also saw a lot of RFE from the masterlist for intent to marry with wet signatures is that something I should be looking into it might be hard since we don't really plan on having a ceremony most likely just going to the courthouse with some witnesses.

Thanks!

1. for the dates, the USCIS isn't that picky. Just have the dates next to one another in sequence. They don't have to overlap.

2. Write "present" by hand or leave it blank. That seems to work for everyone else.

3. Proof of in-person meeting: airline tickets, boarding passes, passport immigration stamps, and photos are the primary way of showing.

4. No wet signatures required as per official USCIS policy. You may get scanned, photocopied, emailed version of the original that has the wet signature.

I learned the hard way, I hope YOU don't have to. Advice: learn, learn, learn.

Only wet signature required is on the petition form itself

Thanks everyone for the responses I realized I could find a lot of this info in the K1 Fiance Visa guide! I have one more question about the passport photos how would I go about obtaining one from my fiance if she is not in the US do they require original copies or would be the best way for her to take one somewhere and have them send the file over here for me to print a physical version? Also for the letter of intent to marry since she is not in the US would it be best for her to print it out sign it and then scan it to me to print here in the US.

I see you are using the wrong dated form. Use the most current form from this link.
