K3 has been received in Kiev at the Embassy an the I-864 has been approved with the IV bill generated on June 18. Soon we will have to make a choice on which pathe to take but everything (knock on wood) is now moving nicely!!!! Kiev is not backed up on appointments so we may be together before the end of the summer!!!!!

You are set up for the possibility of the best of both worlds. That would be your CR1 case arriving on station before your K3 interview takes place. Your K3 interview would become a CR1 interview, in that case. To avoid possible delays, get the immunizations required for the CR1, when you take the K3 medical. You being whomever the immigrant is.
